Privacy Policy

From the contact form: name, email, company (optional), service interest, budget range, and your message.

Technical metadata at submission: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp. We use this to filter abuse and audit access.

We do not use third-party tracking pixels, ad SDKs, or session replay on this site.

To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

To follow up if you authorize us to, within a reasonable timeframe.

To improve our services in aggregate (we never sell individual data).

Supabase (Postgres, US region), encrypted at rest, with strict Row Level Security policies that prevent public read access.

Only authorized personnel of Bubick Company can access submissions, via the Supabase dashboard with audit logging enabled.

We do not sell your data.

We do not share it with third parties except: (a) Supabase for storage, and (b) Vercel for hosting / log retention. Both are bound by their own privacy and DPA terms.

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (no advertising, no analytics in v1).

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and post a banner before activating tracking.

Contact submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Closed leads are anonymized or deleted at the end of that period.

You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by emailing info@bubickcompany.com with the subject "Privacy Request".

We respond within 30 days. Identity verification may be required.

If you reside in the EU/EEA or California, the rights listed above cover the equivalent rights under GDPR and CCPA.

Our legal basis for processing is your consent (you submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted at https://bubickcompany.com/privacy with an updated version number and effective date.
